The short bio

I am a Bioinformatician and Data Scientist, taking a short summer break before starting my new job later in Aug 2021.

I was a Bioinformatician at the Kristal Lab, Division of Sleep and Circadian Disorders, Dept. of Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass where I was working on finding markers of circadian time using lipidomics, building analytical pipelines to identify lipids and managing computing infrastructure. I did this for more than 14 years starting back in April 2007.
